CALL FOR PAPERS

THE 10TH PROJECT 2021 | Lisbon invites researchers to submit papers for the online seminar entitled “ARCHITECTURE, CITY AND LANDSCAPE: DESIGN IN CONTEXT OF CRISIS” that will take place at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon on the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th of November 2021. 

 

The articles must be unpublished and in accordance with the areas of interest and thematic axes of the event.

The evaluation (double blind peer review) of the received proposals will be made by the Scientific Committee based on the following criteria: suitability for the areas of interest and the thematic axes; clarity of the objectives presented; use of appropriate methodologies for the studies presented; relevance of the results for the evolution of the areas of interest and thematic axes and relevance of the conclusions in the context of the Architecture, Urbanism and Landscape Design.

 

Paper should be written in Portuguese, Spanish or English and formatted according to the template and the formatting instructions defined for the event.

The selected works will be presented in communication sessions and will be published with ISBN in the proceedings (e-book) of the event and in digital media.

 

A paper can have up to 3 authors. Each Researcher can be involved in a maximum of 3 papers, as the first author. At least one of the authors of the selected papers must be registered in the 10th PROJETAR 2021, in order to guarantee participation in one of the presentation modalities, as well as their inclusion in the proceedings of the event.

CONTENTS    /

Contributions should address exemplary cases of professional practices, experiences resulting from teaching and learning processes, field research and research through the project, which contribute innovatively to the rethinking of dwelling in Architecture, the City, the Landscape and the Territory, in a context of crisis and post-crisis.

Each author must submit his article proposal in one of the THEMATICA AXES of this Seminar, and must also indicate the SUGGESTED TOPICS where his research is included.

COMMUNICATIONS, CERTIFICATES

AND PUBLICATIONS    /

. The articles approved by the Scientific Committee must be presented on a date published in the Seminar Program;

. The presentation of the article at the Seminar gives the authors the Certificate of Participation and the Publication of the work in the Proceedings book (e-book format) of the Seminar of the 10th PROJETAR 21 | Lisbon;

. For Publication purposes, each selected article must be uniquely associated with the AUTHOR REGISTRATION of (at least) one of the authors in the 10th PROJETAR 21 | LISBON.

. In the Seminar Proceedings book (e-book format) it will be published in electronic format, with IBSN, on the page of the 10th PROJETAR 21 | Lisbon;

. According to the recommendations of the Scientific Committee, a selection of the best articles will be published in an indexed book with the same title as the Seminar;

. The Certificates of Presentation and / or Participation will be made available after the closing of the Seminar and sent by e-mail to the authors.
